Shipping Policy

Tracking varies depending on where you live and the time of purchase due to the fluctuation of USPS prices. First Class shipping should cost between $3.00-$3.99 for the majority of the time, but holidays or major events can change that.

International shipping also fluctuates depending on your location and time of purchase due to USPS. Shipping to Canada costs between $13.50-$20 for the majority of orders, though oversized packages cost more.
Any custom fees or duties are the responsibility of the customer and may appear while shipping is in progress.

Most orders will be processed and dropped off at our carrier within 1-3 business days** from the moment that the order is approved and if the items are in stock and ready to ship.
The actual shipping time, from when our carrier receives the order to the point where it reaches the address that was inputed, is estimated at 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 7-21 days for international.**

**Please understand that shipping may take longer than expected due to the pandemic and/or if it is holiday season or if USPS is backed up.**

We currently only ship inside the United States and Canada, but we hope to expand further internationally in the future!

My Squish Studio is NOT responsible for packages marked "delivered" and not received, but please still reach out to us if this is the case, so we can take a thorough look at the problem.
Please allow at least 5 days after the estimated delivery for the package to arrive. If your order still has not arrived, please feel free to contact us by filling out the form under the "Contact Us" tab either at the menu at the top of our website or at the bottom.
