Shipping

When do you ship?

  • We strive to ship out all orders within 1-3 days of submission and approval, though excess orders or during holidays may take up to 5 days of processing. Sunday is the only day we do not ship.

Where do you ship?

  • The current countries we ship to are the US and its territories and Canada. We are currently testing and researching what other countries we should ship to and if you would like to be on the latest updates then please follow us on Instagram @mysquishstudio!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • 3-5 business days is the most common shipping duration, though factors such as weather, holidays, and others can change that.

What shipping carriers are available?

  • We currently only offer USPS and cannot change the shipping rates due to preset rates.

    What is your return/exchanges policy?

    There is something wrong with my order, what should I do?

    • We apologize if there is something wrong on our part. Please contact us by filling out the form in the "Contact Us" tabs located in header or footer or email us directly @mysquishstudio so we can assist you!

    How is my order shipped?

    • We ship all orders in turquoise bubble mailers, packaged well for protection. All orders are made with love and care! :)

    Can I cancel or make changes to my order after it has been placed?

    • We do not accept cancellations, but we can accept changes if you contact us before we make your order. Please reach out to us as soon as possible to get a better chance of change, but there is no guarantee that the changes will take place.

    I entered the wrong address, can I correct it?

    • Please notify us as soon as you realize and before your order has been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot replace it for you and you will have to place another order.

    Other

    Are there any discounts/sales available?

    • Yes! We have full-time sales on select items that have the quality that don't meet our high standards (b-grade products) and part-time sales during certain times, such as holidays or celebrations. Discount codes are also given out on our social media platforms on @mysquishstudio! You can also be the first to know about discount codes and/or sales when you subscribe to our newsletter!
